ugh... Gotta love when that happens! Go to main menu, file manager, directory and select, flash disk, dictionaries and erase keysoft.ksd. now right where you are, do a standard reset. You have just dumped all your custome settings, but all your emails, documents and everything on your bn's still there. Now you should be able to send the email, if keymail still says it's there.
