You cannot password protect your VoiceNote or its files. Keeping sensitive files on a CF or SD card in your pocket or a locked attaché case is about all you can do to protect them. Actually, locks on brief and attaché cases are there mostly to prevent them from opening at inconvenient times and are not really very secure.
