I have seen this as well, and I think either 7.0 or 7.2 fixed it.
I found that I had to reset my bn before it would see the files.
I think I did it with the card inserted, but it has been a long
time.

Subject: BN doesn't see all files on cf card
I am using a classic running version 6.11. My subject line says
it all.
I have put some text files on a CF card using a card reader.
When I insert
the card in my BN it sees files and folders already on the card,
but not my
new additions. I used the backspace X command and it did not
help.
What makes a BN act this way?
