i can't seem to be able to download email using my bt email
address but i can send from it and use my google account to send
and receive email.
what happens when i try to receive email from bt is that i get a
message saying something like "receiving 1 of 60", it just sits
there for about 10 minutes and then comes up with two error
messages, one refering to gateway and timeout and the last
telling me to check my pop and server settings.
i have tried changing the ones in keymail that require a yes or
no answer only it doesn't seem to make any difference to my email
being downloaded, changing one setting just prevents me from
connecting and i just get a pop error message without it
bothering to even attemt to download my email or when i do change
i get the same problem with those annoying error messages after
failure to get past the first message.
i use bt homehub with the wireless card i purchased from
humanware's uk headquarters.
could someone tell me what is going on and how i can resolve this
problem as it is very frustrating.
