Hi Matthew,
Do the extra spaces also show up while reading the document on
her BN?
Is she using tabs?
Perhaps suggest she searches for a tab to see if any have got in.
If the spaces are there on the BN she could use the find and
replace to replace all occurrences of two spaces with just one
space, and keep doing that till all is as she would like.
The replace all occurrences would help in this, but every set of
three spaces would need two replaces, (I'm sure you see what I
mean).
Also, obviously if she has intentionally put in some multiple
spacing that she wants to retain, it's more awkward.
Regards,
Steve.

Subject: [Braillenote] extra spacing in word documents
Hi all,
My friend using a Braille note mpower with keysoft 7.5 build 28
is having
problems with her documents having white spacing. She is
writing them in
Microsoft word format on the Braille note then send them to the
teacher and
is being told that the document has extra spacing in the
document. Is there
a way around this or not. If so please let me know so that I can
pass them
on to her so she can get this problem fixed as soon as possible.
Matthew
