Hi List, I have experienced a problem since Thursday with KeySync.
I am running the latest version of KeySoft and KeySync. When I synchronise I get the usual message that says the BN and laptop are connecting and the BN says "Syncing planner, please wait." After that I get the following error: "Exception: command: 399 at 4152. Access violation reading 324804476." I have tried all the resets and even restarted the laptop and reinstalled KeySync. I siill experience this problem. I am running windows Vista. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Alana ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
