Hi John,
The person you took the call from, may need to get his card
reformatted. Unfortunately, I don't have instructions on how to
do that. I don't even know how to do it by heart. Sorry, lol.
I even looked in the manual for the instructions, and, no luck.
Sorry. All I know about reformatting those, is that the card has
to go in the computer. Once he puts the card in the laptop or
computer, he might get a question like, "Would you like to
reformat this card?" I'm not sure, but try hitting yes, or the ok
button.
