Peter, The "too many recipients" message is very likely not a problem with the Braillenote but a limit that your ISP has set. Many ISPs limit how many people you can send something to in order to deal with spam, or at least look like they are dealing with spam.
You need to find out what the limit is for your ISP. Hope this helps.
