Hi, I would think that the closest thing to a service reset that
the PK has is the C1 C4 reset. This turns the PK totally off
which is recommended if you are going to put your PK in storage
for a length of time and then you use the same keys to turn it
back on again. This was what I used when I was having major
problems with my PK and the other resets did nothing, in the end
the C1 C4 reset didn't help either.
Good news for those that have been following my PK story for the
last six months or so. My PK is back in the country and should be
here to me early next week. It has been to Germany for a full
service and hopefully it is now fixed. There were about five all
together which had problems but they didn't all seem to be caused
by the same thing so this is why they have had so many problems
fixing them. So keep your fingers and everything else crossed
that they have fixed the problem because I really miss my PK.
Well better go but I hope the first part of this message helps,
From Shaz.
BN QT MPower and (soon to be again) PK user.

Subject: [Braillenote] Service Reset for the PK?
Hi Joseph,
Thanks for your explanation of the service reset for the m Power.
Is there an equivalent service reset for the PK?
