It was me who suggested using a lint-free cloth sparingly moistened with distilled water to try and clean the display. I suggest distilled water as it has no Calcium in it to get onto the pins when it dries. Generally when a Braille display needs cleaning, it is time to phone tech support at Humanware for an RMA.
