What version of keysoft do you have now Portia? If you have
keysoft 7.5 already all you need is the nk.bin file but if you
have an earlier version of keysoft then you will need an sma to
get keysoft 7.5. You either don't see the product key for 7.5
because your sma counts are gone or you already have it and in
that case you just need to down load the nk.bin file. I hope
