Hi Karen, Well, my gues is that KeyMail sometimes inserts some kind of control character at the end of the address line. Before you send a message, you might want to check "send to" and "also sned to" field to make sure there isn't any extra character. If there is, press BACKSPACE with dots 1-4 (CTRL+I on QT) to erase the address, then typ e the address again. Cheers, Joseph
