Hi there, To fix this problem, do the following: 1. In KeyWeb, press BACKSPACE withO (sorry I forgot the QT command) to access Intern Options, then press I for Internet File Management, then press F for File Download. 2. Press SPACE to see the prompt, "stream audio." Press Y to enable audio streaming, pres ENTER, then press SPACE with E/ESC to exit out of Internet Options. Cheers, Joseph
