I occasionally get the same message in Keyword, when I'm trying to open
a
file other than the one that is being displayed. It has only happened a
couple of times, and I think it was after I exited a file with ou-chord. As
I started moving through the prompts to change to a different folder, I got
that message.
I found going out of Keyword and coming back in helped, but I am puzzled as
to what caused the problem.
