Question I'm hoping someone can help me with: I just upgraded to a new Braillenote MPower. It appeared to be working correctly yesterday, but today when I attempt to delete email it says "Drive cannot find sector requested". I also tried deleting a music file from another folder (not the email folder) and tried to free database space on the email program--al to no avail. I owned a BrailleNote classic for almost five years, and I've never seen a command of this nature.
I've attempted to do a regular reset, then I held down the reset button and tried dots 1, 2 and 3. I am reluctant to do reset with dots 4, 5 and 6 without the supervision of a Humanware tech support representative. Is there any hope of my not having to send my brand new unit back for servicing after only one day of use? Is there anything else I can try in order to resolve this problem?
