Hi there, The best way to check if you have realy been connected is this: go to Options/Connectivity/Active Conction Details. Under the list, check the value for Signal Streangth. If it reports somewhere around -50 to -60 DBM (Decibel per Mter, an old way to check connection strength), then you might have some problem accessing your network. Try moving your unit closer to the router. This situation might arise when you have too many wireless equipment that causes interference (I'm certain that this is the case). Cheers, Joseph

I know there is because my laptop connects every time. Nothing has changed as far as settings on my unit or router. Occasionally my unit will connect for a minute or two and then gives the message "not connected." I know my card slots are working fine because my compact flash card works fine. I called tech support yesterday and, although they were pleasant and willing to try different things, they were not able to resolve the issue. Any ideas/help would be greatly appreciated!
