Ryan, 

When doing a Reset, the only thing that is really effected is if you were
working on a docuemnt or email message, they will be lost. Also, you will
need to re-activate the ActiveSync service for your Bluetooth receiver.
Other than those two items being altered, there really isn't much to worry
about. This is almost similar to doing a Restart on a computer.

I was trying to input the password for my bluetooth device in to the
voicenote when it froze.
Now I can't get it to say anything.
I'm a new user who bought this voicenote with keysoft 7.0 but it has been
bearly used.
If I reset, should the voice come back or is this a more serious problem.
