Hi Derek and List,
No, Derek, Pma's and Sma's are two totally different things.
The Pma is the product maintainance agreement, which has to do with fixing your unit. The Sma has to do with software upgrades. Living in the Present One day at a time, This is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past. For it is gone. And do not be troubled about the future. For it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful. That it will be worth remembering.

Hello, Craig and List:
From what I understand, after your third year, you would need to
pay to
have your unit fixed. If you have a new unit, the first year is
covered.
You purchase an agreement for the next two years. After that,
you cannot
purchase an agreement for your unit. After your three years are
up, it's
up to you to pay for anything that may be wrong with the unit.
I don't
believe anyone knew about this policy until yesterday.
