Well, I can't answer the compact flash card question; however,
using our friend Google, I did find this link that has the
download for the nine files of the PK tutorial done by Jonathan
Mosen, as you say, now an older MP3 tutorial:

what type and largest compact flash card does the pk support.

7.2, but will probably be upgrading to the latest version

is there an old mp3 file somewhere that talks about the pk. i
know its
slightly different than the empower.
