Alana, Are you installing Keysync on a PC? Keysync is installed on a PC.
Furthermore, make sure you are not running Service Pack 3 for XP or you may have problems. We did with a laptop here and had to take Adobe Acrobat off that computer because of issues with net framer 2.0. That's another piece of software to watch out for. Also, what antivirus package are you running on the PC? If you are running Norton Internet Security with the previously mentioned mix of software, you might have a problem. I put these thoughts out as hypotheses because we are not exactly sure what the problem was but I personally wonder if any mixture of these software programs played a role. I hope you can figure it out. Unfortunately, stuff like this isn't always easy to isolate or figure out and that's the nature of software development.
