HumanWare US would like to apologize to anyone who may have experienced
any recent delays in service and repairs. July and August are typically
our busiest months with school districts sending in BrailleNotes for
regular braille cleanings, battery maintenance and other service. Many
of these agencies require that we complete work prior to the school year
beginning. If you are not in an emergency situation and are able to wait
until we are past this busy season, we are hopeful to be back on
schedule mid September. We appreciate your patience and please know that
we are doing our best to meet every customers needs.
