Hi Rose and list, This is the reason why I and others advocated for OS upgrade to at least CE 5.0. CE 5.0 and up supports complex formatting such as tables and images. Cheers, Joseph P.S. The reason why complex documents will not work correctly is because of memory footprints (easy to say, but hard to explain with my limited knowledge about programming).
