Hi Blake, I had this same problem. What you have to do is, you
have to call Humanware. They will set you up so you can access
the internet at your school. I don't know why you have to do
this, but you just do. When this happened to me, I still
couldn't use the internet for about a week. Humanware had not
gotten it set up.
Oh yeah, you can still use the internet at other places.
