Alex,
Where is the reset button on the PK? Or I guess a better way to put that
question is: what key combination equals the reset button? Is it the c1 c4?
You all may recall that I wrote last week about my PK only switching
between "off" and "brlnote PK" messages on the Braille display. I tried all
the tricks the Humanware tech support suggested, nothing. Then, I left the
PK off the charger until the "off" message disappeared. I then did a c1 c4
reset, and it is up and running again. I haven't taken it off the charger
yet, though: I am using it plugged in.
Does anyone have any explanation for this?

If you have an mpower it is the little button closest to you on
the left side. You might say it is the button between you and
the headphone jack. If you have a pk, it is the button on the
front near the joystick, and if you have a classic you do not
have a record button.
