I am 100% sure.  Trust me on this one.  If my phone and BrailleNote
weren't actively communicating via Bluetooth I never would even get
the "dialing" prompt.  But right now, I'm getting "dialing" and then
eventually it times out and shows "disconnected".

Are there any other settings that I have to change under the connectivity menu?
