Hi Robert: In Gmail, there's an option that can be checked or unchecked which says that you want e-mails removed from Gmail if they are accessed via pop (which they would be with keymail) or imap. Log onto Gmail, press enter on the settings link, look for the link that says forward and pop/imap and press enter on it, then look for this option and make sure the checkbox is checked.
