I have the same problem with my Mpower running KS 7.5 build 29
and my HTC S 630. But, I have no idea how to stop it, either.
All I can do is turn Bluetooth back on and then I usually get
connected again after a try or two. And, once that second
connection goes through, then it often lasts long enough for me
to accomplish my reason for getting connected in the first place.

Hi all,
I finally got my BrailleNote mPower working with my Nokia N82,
but am
experiencing a strange problem.
Every few moments, the connection is dropped and the message
"disconnected"
is displayed on the BrailleNote. When this happens, I have
noticed that
bluetooth has gotten switched off in the connectivity menu of the
BrailleNote.
What gives?
