Hello Sissy: When you download a book, just press Enter, rather than naming it. When you are asked to select where you want it, "downloads" come up, but you can select any drive you want. Then, go back to the Main Menu, press B. Go to where your book is. You'll be asked to enter your password, which you always do in computer braille. The inside of your book would be in grade two braille, but file names will always be in computer braille when it is a brf format.
