What are you doing when it fails?
Does it give you errors?
If so what messages or error numbers do you get?
Does it always fail in the same way or does it sometimes work?

Hello; Listers, I have a question. I added a new account to my
BrailleNote and it doesn't work. I added the same account on my
pc and it works. I have everything correct on both sides. What
am I doing wrong btw the service is hotpop. Please help.
