Hi All I purchased a Braillenote Classic about a year ago from a friend. I use it at home but more so, I use it for work. Last night I had to Braille out quite a lengthy document for work and today when I brought my machine into work, I noticed the dot 5 key is sticking. I am unable to use it properly and it is so frustrating. Has this ever happened to anyone on this list and if so, how much would it cost in GBP Sterling to get it repaired? I have a lot of documents that I need for work and I would hate to lose them all so can it be fixed without having to reset the machine back to manufacturer settings?
