Unknown. People were saying that it would be fall of this year,
then it seemed to be confirmed when the ks7.5 webpage said
something like "as we continue work on the next exciting release
of keysoft, scheduled for release in fall 2008". However, in
five days it will no longer be fall, and we are out of the normal
times of release for hw anyway (July through September or January
through March). It may be released next month, or it could be
next summer. One thing seems certain: we will know NOTHING, not
even a "Don't worry everyone, it is in beta testing and we hope
to start shipping in two months" from hw. Even a status message
like that would tell us something, but hw is, as always,
frustratingly silent on the work going into these machines.

for sure. For the moment, your only option is to strip the
copyright protection off, and there are programs out there that
will do that, but I am not sure of the legality of that option so
I will not say anything more.
