Subject: [Braillenote] KeySoft Upgrade

Hi again. I would like to also say something about passed emails
asking about new keysoft upgrade or version coming out. Where people ask for about 2 weeks the same question about when it it will be coming out. for me, Humanware usually is good on notifying all of there customers about new things happening or coming out or deals about the product that was bought from them. I mean they posted the deal about if someone still having a BraileNote classic, they can trade it in pay $2,000 and get a new mPower BrailleNote with a free dictionary. I mean They send out the email and everything. So don't you all think when Humanware puts out the new version of keysoft, they'll let us know instead of leaving us in the dark. So please if you wonder about new version or upgrades visit the humanware site, or call them. instead of just sending out a senseless email and getting everyone worked up. All it takes is one to have new version of keysoft on the subject line and all support to users, from users for users will stop and just go non-stop about something we don't even have control over. And the more we are to vent on here it won't bring the new version to us any sooner.

Thank you
