Hi Alice,
To find out the capacity of a card, go to File Manager/Directory, press
SPACE to go to your CF card, then press SPACE with I.
As I've said, the list of support info mode commands and list of extensions
for KeyWord are availible on my PBWiki site.
Cheers,
Joseph

Subject: [Braillenote] information mode

Hi, everybody,
Sometimes, I get so frustrated, because I try to find things out by
reading the help file, and I can't find what I'm looking for.
I tried looking up "support information mode" and "information mode" in
the index, but there is nothing in either place. When I go to the options
menu, then press i chord for information mode, then the context sensitive
help, all it says is "type the support information command as directed." But
what are those commands? Where does one find them? I know the x one for
exercising the Braille display, but what I am trying to find out is the
capacity and available space on my cf card, among other things.
I also tried to find out the extension of some of my word processor
files. Can't figure that out, either. I want to translate all the files on
my cf card to txt files so that when I put the card into my computer, I can
read those files, too. How do I do this? And, after I do it, do I have
to do anything special about formatting, etc? I'm assuming I can still enter
things in grade 2 Braille on the BN or in regular text on the computer,
right?
Am I just particularly dense, or do others have trouble finding things
in the help file, the index, table of contents, and so on?
Thanks for all help.
Alice
