go to support info in your options menu. To do this: press o /
1-3-5 and then space, press space with i and then press x. Turn
your unit up-side-down for about 30 minutes.

Hi All. Whenever I press dot 1 on the keyboard, say I am typing
the word are, dot 1 comes up a lot fainter than all the rest of
the dots. It does this consistently, however dots 2 3 and 6
consistently work. Please write back with a wremidy.
