hi all thank you very much for your grate suggestions. in fact, i have Braille note m-power with an old braille display that has been transplanted. the key soft version is keysofte 7.2 build 47. i did a service reset and a hard reset. i deleted the keysoft system as well but nothing has changed. just i am wondering if humanware will fix this problem specially that the display is old it has been used for around six years. kind regards and many thanks again for your help. ahmed. ___ Replies to this message will go directly to the sender.
