Hi Leslie:
The "operation completed successfully"
message means the exact opposite. If
you have email saved, the instructions I
give you may make you lose them, but
here is what you need to do.
From the Main Menu, press F, then E.
Go to the Flash Drive, and to the
Keymail folder. At the "list of files"
prompt, press Space with X so that you
see "list of all, including hidden"
files. Go to the email folder.cdb and
press Enter. You'll be told that it is
hidden, protected, and all those things,
and you will be asked if you want to
continue anyway. Press Y. Now, go back
to the Main Menu. Press E, then W. You
will see the prompt that says the folder
doesn't exist, create a new one? You
will press Y. Hopefully, that will
solve your problem. As I said, any
email you have saved may be gone, so
make sure you have the ones you want.
