That's one option.
To restore all to factory defaults, from the main menu:
1. Go to file manager menu.
2. Go to erase file.
3. "Erase file from which drive?" choose flash disk.
4. "Erase file from which folder?" choose dictionaries.
5. choose the file: keysoft.ksd
7. After erasing, do a standard reset, reset with no keys held down.
