AOL also works well with the BN. Though it claims to be IMAP, it works fine with the BrailleNote's POP3. I'm available to help anyone with setting up an AOL account on the BN. It also has a visual verification scheme, but it only takes 30 seconds or so to get past this obstacle, then you're good to go.

I think you will need someone to help you with the visual verification (the CATPCHA), but that is it. Using keysoft 7.5.xx, you can receive your email in keymail, instead of using a web interface, and your mail is protected by SSL, which many paid email providers do not even do, plus you get a bunch of web storage.
