Hi Dominique
As you've probably realised by now, this list doesn't let you send
files as attachments.
It sounds to me like the problems you are having will be linked to
Jaws rather than the Braillenote. I don't know what you have done to
install the braillenote drivers on your computer so far, but it would
help if you explained the process you've gone through to date.

help bad. When I try to go to the Braille Terminal it sometimes
freezes and I have to reset. I use the nine pen serial cable, and
that's the only one I have. Any ideas? Do I need to go and download
something? Please write back ASAP, thanks so much list, and humanware
staff for making a really really cool product!
