Hi, this is probably because it has been sent in html format which you can't read with keymail. There is a work around but it is easier if you can ask your father to see if he has an option in his email program to send you plain text messages only. I know in outlook express in the address book under someone's name you can tick a box saying send only text messages and if you then try and send them a html message you get a warning come up. I also have my outlook express set up so any new messages I write are in plain text format.

Hope this helps, and I'm sure someone else will come back with the work around so you can read the messages you already have.
