Hi, this is probably because it has been sent in html format
which you can't read with keymail. There is a work around but it
is easier if you can ask your father to see if he has an option
in his email program to send you plain text messages only. I
know in outlook express in the address book under someone's name
you can tick a box saying send only text messages and if you then
try and send them a html message you get a warning come up. I
also have my outlook express set up so any new messages I write
are in plain text format.
Hope this helps, and I'm sure someone else will come back with
the work around so you can read the messages you already have.
From Shaz.
