Hmm, if the price WILL NOT break the bank, having my BrailleNote cleaned
once a year sounds god. I think the time is ripe for Humanware to TRAIN
VARIOUS FOLKS in major city centres to do minor cleaning. My heart always
goes out to folks in say, Azabajan, Pakistan, Israel and beyond whse
BrailleNotes MAY REQUIRE cleaning. They too have to SEND THE EQUIPMENT to
the ends of the Humanware universe for a cleaning that might only take a few
hours at best. Cost of shipment could be prohibitive, and, by the time
folks in these and other countries receive their cleaned BrailleNote, it
would be time to turn it around and SEND IT BACK! Americans, Canadians, New
Zealanders, Australians, and Britons are the lucky few! I may even be
completely wrong on that as someone in Hawaii will also have to SHIP the
BrailleNote to the ends of the Humanware universe for cleaning as well.
