Hi all. A month or so ago, my braille display started occasionally showing garbage instead of what it is supposed to show. I called HW and they told me how to exercise it. It worked for a while; however, I have to exercise it more and more frequently. I had to exercise the braille display three times yesterday and twice today for more than the recommended half hour to get it to work properly. Is there anything else I can do? Jess
