aCTUALLY, THIS MAKES ME ASK MY QUESTION AOUT MP3 PLAYLISTS. i'VE HAD TROUBLE
SETTING THEM UP AND WHENN i TRY TO COPY THE SONGS i WANT THE TITLES IN TO
THE PLAY LIST, i CAN'T GET THEM TO COPY. iS ANYONE HACVING LUCK SETTING up
one and how did you do it? Also, can i o it across drives? Haave 2 tracks on
my hard disk and have 5 on my sd card? Also, can you just tell the bn to
continuously plaay a single track If copying te song titles is the best way
to set up thdse lists, where is the bet place to copy them from? Last time i
tried i just pulled up the list and arrowed down the songs in a folder and
tried to copy them with out any luck.

I can vouch reasonably that the comparison of the Braillenote MPower to
the
BrailleSensePlus is fairly accurate. I have the BrailleSensePlus in my
hands as I type this; I am still learning its many curves, but overall I
have been fairly pleased with my purchase. Yes, indeed, it does have MS
Word support. It is extremely light.
It DOES NOT have a pouch where you can store things like envelopes and the
like. And yes, what I had always wanted--the joy of CHANGING MY OWN
BATTERIES without having to SHIP IT AWAY. price point OK, though still a
steep one for most of us who are blind and on fixed income, but still
reasonably less compared to the Braillenote MPower.
The BrailleSensePlus ONLY COMES in one version: It only has a Braille
keyboard, no QWERTY types.
On the BrailleSensePlus, you can actually SELECT YOUR MP3 FILES in the
order
you want them to play, and its media player will automatically play them
for
you.
I am putting its wireless LAN through its paces; thus far, even though it
recognises that I have real STRONG SIGNALS, it HAS NOT BEEN CONNECTING to
the Internet wirelessly as I'd like it to. I hope to SORT THIS OUT on
Monday when I call Tech support, I just got it this past Friday, January
30.
The BrailleSensePlus DOES NOT have games, but DAISY interface is built-in.
I think that comparing these two notetakers does make sense. Of the three
widely available, these two DO NOT support the installation of external
programs, but the PacMate does as I understand things. Comparing them, I
believe, should help Humanware IMPROVE ON THE QUALITY of its product lines
if it chooses to REMAIN COMPETITIVE and relevant in the marketplace.
