Hi, there are other ways to move documents to the braillenote. I use a card reader attached to my pc which will take sd and cf cards and I also have some memory sticks. So you can save your document on your pc as a text format onto the card or stick. then you put the card or stick into the braillenote and open it.

You can get card readers rather cheap, I think mine was about $15 Australian about 3 years ago.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] converting files from pc to braillenote
with activesync

Hi all, I have a question regarding converting files from pc to
braillenote.
Is there any way that I can change the file extension after it
converts to
braillenote? I know that the file is converted to .wpd. But
what if I want
to change it to .rtf format? Is .wpd the only extension used
after the file
converts to the braillenote?

Mike
