Here, try this.
This very same thing had happened to me. I could receive but not
send messages. Finally, I got very upset so I deleted my keymail
folder, pressed reset, made my account again, and it worked as
good as new.
Worning: If you have any saved messages in your my email folder,
you might want to save them on a hard drive or a memory card of
some sort.
I do not use quest so if this doesn't help, sorry.

Is anyone out there using Qwest as their ISP with the BrailleNote

I have a client who has spoken many times to Qwest support and
Humanware support and gotten nowhere.
She has her settings correct according to Qwest, but she cannot

She gets an error. She can receive just fine.
So, if anyone is using Qwest e-mail successfully, could you send

the settings you are using?
