Hi Blake and list.
As already stated in previous posts, "Public Domain" books can be
downloaded by anyone even if they are not a member. These are
books which are out of copyright.
Also, a limited amount of bookshare content is available to
residents outside the United States. This content however is
very limited as not many publishers have agreed to allow their
books to be distributed outside of the US. If they had more
content available to people in the UK, then i'd certainly sign
up.
