But I mean that is just unrealistic. I have over 250 records, and I have to go and add hole damn thing up? Better keep behind at least a weekend. Cheers, Blake. the

Blake there is currently no way to add up numbers in the key base
program. It doesn't have the abbility to make those calculations
like one can in exel. I think your going to have to do this
calculations manually. You will need to go through each record
and record the total number of hours that way.

Subject: [Braillenote] Database question

Hi All. I have created a database using keybase, to determine
how many hours I work at a surfclub per weekend. I have now come
to the stage where I have to collate and report upon how many I
have done, and what has happen during them. I am fine with the
latter part, it is just the first part I have a question about.
What I need to do, is add up the number of hours I have worked.
How do I do this without going through each record manually and
adding them up 1 by 1? Is there a feature in the keybase files
that I have not yet spied that has something to do with feeding a
lot of numbers (Over 250 numbers) into the calculator, and
producing for me a final answer, that can then go in the report
to be sent off to branch? Thanks for any help, Kind regards,
Blake.
