Hello,

Only ONE copy of each email is kept. You can read it from the folder it lives in or view it va the "all" virtual folder or "sent" or the "received" virtual folder. If you erase a message from one of these virtual folders you are, in fact, deleting it from the system and thus it will no longer be in the "real" folder where it was actually stored.

If you save out-going e-mails into any folder, they are also
copied to the Sent folder.
