I believe this is a known issue. It is caused by a file called index.dat which cannot be deleted due to the way internet explorer uses this file. Well, it can be deleted with a 4-5-6 (jkl) or service reset, but it will be re-created as soon as you re-open keyweb. I believe this issue is resolved in ks7,2 but i'm not sure. But in fact, all files that can be deleted are deleted despite the message. Have a look at the readme file in the general folder of the flash disk for more information.

Hope this helps.

Subject: [Braillenote] Deleting temporary internet files

Anyone else have this problem? I go to the Internet Options menu
and
choose Delete Temporary Internet Files. And every time I get the
message "directory is not empty".

Duh!! That's why I'm trying to delete files, to empty the
directory and
free up space!

Anyone have a solution?
