Ben, MLB Radio is most likely a pay service. But, if that's no issue for you, go to the website:

Look for the listen links or other instructions.
I've listened to radio feeds on the BN several times before, depends on what form they choose to stream in. Just a suggestion, I'd try using an ethernet card hooked in to my router and the BN to avoid possible signal drop outs from time to time as I've had happen to me when I just used the regular wireless card. No idea what kind of costs there might be for the MLB live game feeds though. Good luck.
